Information we collect

When you use the enquiry form, AsiaCore360 LLP receives the information you choose to provide: your name, organisation, work email, selected priority and message. The organisation field is optional.

When you request a resource, we receive your name and work email, plus any optional organisation, role and priority details you choose to provide. The resource form records separately whether you expressly asked to receive occasional email updates.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and the messages, files or other information you choose to send.

The website’s hosting, form-delivery and messaging providers may process technical and enquiry data needed to provide their services.

How we use information

We use information provided through these enquiry channels to review your request, deliver requested resources and reply if we can help. If you select the separate email-updates box, we send your email address to Brevo so it can issue a confirmation message. We add you to the updates list only after you use the confirmation link. You can unsubscribe from any update email. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Public 4P guided preview

The guided preview accepts only coded answers about a supplied fictional scenario. Do not enter real business information, names, contact details, client information, personal data, confidential information or real incidents.

Your coded choices are processed temporarily to return a deterministic preview result. They are not saved to a database, emailed to AsiaCore360, sent to a CRM or used for marketing or analytics. The hosting provider may process essential technical data needed to deliver and secure the request.

7-Day AI Workflow Experiment

The experiment planner presents one fixed public source card and accepts only closed, categorical choices. It has no free-text field, URL submission or file upload. Do not place personal, employee, client, confidential or commercially sensitive information in this tool or in an external AI tool.

Your selections are processed only in browser memory. They are not persistently saved or sent to AsiaCore360, and reset, refresh or page closure clears them. The planner adds no account, site-side AI request, analytics cookie, advertising cookie or individual tracking. The hosting provider may still process essential technical data needed to deliver and secure the page.

If you choose to copy the public instruction into an organisation-approved external AI tool, that provider's terms and privacy rules apply. The optional WhatsApp link contains only a generic draft; your selections and plan are not attached or sent automatically.

Contact channels

The contact and resource-request forms use FormSubmit to send your submission to AsiaCore360’s business email. If you separately ask for email updates, Brevo processes your email address and confirmation status to manage that subscription. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp and are also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy. You may instead contact us directly by email.

Retention and protection

Enquiries and resource requests may be kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain appropriate business records. A confirmed email-updates subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to appropriate record-keeping. Access is limited to the people and providers involved.

Cookies and analytics

AsiaCore360 does not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Service providers may use essential technical measures needed to provide and secure their services.
